10/11/22 - Incline DBs and Chins

Got some feel-good training in today.

  • Incline DB Bench - 30 x 12, 40 x 12, 50 x 12, 60 x 10, 70 x 8, 6 - used Fat Gripz superset with

  • Chins - sets of 5 with bodyweight

  • Mace 360s - just did some swings with 20, 25, and 30 lbs
