11/15/21 - Air Bike HIIT

Going to Limerick for inspection this week so I wanted to get some morning cardio in.

  • 5 minute warmup

  • 11 intervals of :10/:50 work/rest

  • Cooldown for the rest of the half hour total

I could sprint hard with no rib pain. Awesome.
