Morning: It was snowing and raining outside so I kept it indoors.

  • Walked two miles on the treadmill at the hotel.

  • 10 rounds of jump rope with 45:30 work:rest. Just wanted to move my feet quick and sweat a bit.

Evening: Lifting at Sportsbarn. This was one of the coolest, best-equipped gyms I’ve ever seen.

  • Front Squats - 185 x 5, 4, 2, 2 (my rack position sucked and I couldn’t hold on)

  • Squats - 225 x 5 x 3 (this was a bit humbling)

  • Overhead Press - 95 x 5, 5; 105 x 2 x 5; 115 x 5

  • GHR - BW x 3 x 8

  • One-hand Kettlebell Swings - 32 x 5/5 EMOM for 10 minutes

Really fired up about the coolness of this gym.
