I tried to walk Zeus during my lunch break but his hips were hurting so I ended up playing with the Quad mace instead. It’s obvious that it’s been a while as this worked me over.

Warmed up with 10 and 10 360s with a rest in between.

8 EMOM running clock:

130 reps total. I’m certain my triceps will be smoked tomorrow. I’m looking forward to incorporating this more throughout the summer.
