5/17/22 - KBs, Chins, Maces

Got some training in this morning that left me feeling good.

  • Double KB Clean and Press - 24s x 6 x 6 superset with

  • Chins - BW x 3 reps

  • Swing-Squat with Quad Mace - one set every minute on the minute for ten minutes

Great session.
