9/25/21 - Air Bike Sprints

Did some sprints on the air bike this morning.

  • 5 minute warm-up

  • 10 sprints of :10/:50 work/rest

  • 5 minute cooldown

These felt great, especially considering how long it’s been since I’ve done them.
