9/6/22 - Duffalo Bench and KB Swings

Trained in the basement on a super rainy Tuesday morning. I did lots of bridges, single-leg deadlifts, and Bulgarian split squats during this session.

  • Duffalo Bench - 165 x 6 x 6

  • One-Arm KB Swings with 32 kg - 3 Rounds of:

    • 3/3

    • 7/7

    • 5/5

    • Rest one minute

This all felt really good and strong. So excited with how my right side has been feeling lately.
