Quick little lunch session today. This was short and a good pump.
Press - 95 x 5, 105 x 5, 120 x 5, 95 x 3 x 5
Blast Strap Inverted Rows - BW x 4 x 8 superset with
Push-Ups - BW x 4 x 10
Triceps Pushdowns - Light band x 4 x 15
I need to get my press way up.
