ME Lower Body today:
Cambered Bar Good Mornings with 65 lbs of chains from pin 9 - 225 x 3
Front Squats - 185 x 3 x 5
150-lb sandbag shoulders - one each shoulder EMOM for five minutes - 10 total reps
Great session, although I thought I would be able to move more weight on the good mornings. Oh well.
