Early morning training in the basement.

  • Front Squats - 225 x 3 x 2 - felt solid

  • KB Single Arm Rack Holds - 40 kg x 4 x 15 sec/arm

Short and sweet. Felt a little run down this morning. I haven’t slept well the last few weeks. Time to rest up for the push/pull meet on Saturday. Should be fun.
