2/6/22 - Block Pulls and Sandbag Carries

Sunday morning training before hitting the road for a work week down in Maryland.

  • Block Pulls (7 mats/5.25”) - worked up to 380 x 5 - easy

  • Sumo Deadlifts - 275 x 10 - Did these as an experiment for Phil. I never plan on going above five reps on deadlift again.

  • Sandbag Bear Hug Carries - 200-lb x 4 trips to the hoop and back

  • Iron Neck

Really fun and strong session for me.
