3/17/22 - DB Incline and Other Fun

Just wanted to get in some upper body training today.

  • Incline DB Bench - 30 x 15, 40 x 10, 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 65 x 10, 70 x 8, 7 superset with

  • One-Arm KB Rows - 24 x 10, 28 x 10, 32 x 10, 36 x 10, 40 x 10, 10

  • Lat Pulldowns - 90 x 5 x 10-12 superset with

  • Push-ups - BW x 5 x 10

I really wanted to do some carries but the rain kept me in the garage. Still a great little pump session.
