Trained in the basement after work:

  • Squats - 205 x 5, 230 x 3, 260 x 5 (no, no, no)

  • Deadlift - 280 x 5, 315 x 3, 355 x 5 (no belt, straps on last set only)

Followed this up with an 18 kg weight vest walk with Zeus. Went ~2.25 miles. It was in the low 60s today. So excited for summer.
