Back to a Heavy day today. It felt heavy, but videos indicated that everything was still moving just fine.

  • Squats - 280 x 3 x 5

  • Bench - 200 x 3 x 5 - Shoulder didn’t feel awesome.

  • Deadlift - 375 x 1 x 5 - Felt like I got into my lower back a bit on the last rep but it didn’t look too bad on video.
