Medium day today. Got this in during my lunch break. Everything felt great.

  • Squats - 225 x 3 x 5

  • Press - 117.5 x 3 x 5

  • Landmine rows - 50 kg x 4 x 8-10 - Just wanted to mix it up after weighted chins last week.
