4/23/22 - KB Swings and Block Pulls

Basement training this Saturday morning:

  • Two-handed KB Swings - sets of 10 with 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 40 x 4 (100 total)

  • Block Pulls (7 mats/5.25”) sets of 5 up to 315 - These felt better than expected considering my hip has felt like shit lately.

  • Barbell Shrugs - 185 x 3 x 10
