Quick hotel workout. Excited to head home later today.

  • 10 rounds of:

    • 30 seconds jump rope

    • 10 seconds rest

    • 15 seconds mountain climbers

    • 10 seconds rest

Good to move and raise the heart rate. Hip didn’t bother me at all.
