  • Squats - 275 x 3 x 5

  • Swiss Bench (middle handles) - 165 x 3 x 5

  • Power Clean - 79 kg x 15 x 1 every 1:20

Very solid session. Everything felt strong and I had zero shoulder pain. I’m very excited about that.
