5/20/22 - Squats and KB Swings

Got some good basement training in on a nice Friday morning.

  • Duffalo Bar Squats - worked up to 285 x 3 x 3 - (first set here)

  • Two-Handed Swings - 24 kg x 10 sets x 15 reps done on the minute

Real good session.
