5/25/21 - Swings, Chins, and Push-ups

Just wanted to move a little bit and get a sweat going.

  • Rounds of 3 format - 45 seconds per interval - 10 rounds of:

    • Two-Handed Swings - 32 x 10

    • Chins - BW x 3 (various grips)

    • Push-ups - BW x 7

I can tell I haven’t been swinging much lately. Good session overall though.
