  • One-Arm KB Press - did a ladder so the bells and reps were all over the place - 20 x 5, 24 x 4, 28 x 3, 32 x 2, 36 x 2 x 2, 32 x 2, 28 x 3, 24 x 4, 20 x 5, 24 x 4, 28 x 3, 32 x 2, 36 x 2

  • 30-lb RUS Mace Work - 10 sets with one set every 45 seconds - 2 alternating swings followed by one squat for a total of 10 swings and 5 squats every set - example here
