5/3/22 - Duffalo Bar Squats and Bench

Played with the new Duffalo bar this morning. I don’t know if this was the smartest thing to do, but it sure felt good to put some weight on my back and squat. The groin warmed up and the hip didn’t seem to bother me.

  • Duffalo Bar Squats - worked up to 235 x 3 x 5 - felt good and solid

  • Duffalo Bar Bench - worked up to 165 x 3 x 6 superset with

  • Chins - BW x 2 x (2, 3, 5) - all neutral grip of various widths
