6/10/20 - Swings

Lunchtime training today.

  • One-Handed Swings done EMOM with 36 kg - Five rounds of:

    • 3+3

    • 7+7

    • 5+5

    • Rest three minutes

  • Swiss Bench - 205 x 2 x 3, 185 x 3 x 5

  • BB Rows - 60 kg x 6, 70 kg x 5 x 6

This session was super hot and sweaty, but not really in a good way. Zeus would not stop walking in front of me during my swings and the basement part of the workout was like lifting in a swamp. My brain felt cluttered from having the house torn apart for painting and constant noise. Oh well. Glad I could get a workout in.
