6/11/20 - AM Cardio

Rode the Air Bike this morning - 16.3 miles in 45 minutes. This was a very enjoyable session. I was kept company by the Something to Wrestle podcast talking about Paul Bearer. Good times. I’m hoping to get a walk or two in later but it might be raining all day.
