Trained after work today.
Snatches with 24 kg EMOM - 2 rounds of:
3+3
7+7
5+5
Rest three minutes
Double KB Clean and Front Squat - 32s x 5 x 5
Lat Pull-downs - 90-100 x 5 x 10-15
Great workout in some beautiful warm and sunny weather.
