6/22/20 - KB Snatches, Sandbag Fun, and Presses

Lunchtime training today.

  • Snatches with 24 kg EMOM - 3 rounds of:

    • 3+3

    • 7+7

    • 5+5

    • Rest three minutes

  • 200-lb sandbag shoulders - 1 rep every 90 seconds for 10 total reps - This was awesome.

  • KB Presses - 24 x 3 x 5
