Lunchtime training today.
Snatches with 24 kg EMOM - 3 rounds of:

7+7
5+5
Rest three minutes
Goblet Squats - 56 kg x 5 x 5 superset with
Sled Rows - 4-5 plates x 5 x 20-40 reps
KB Single-Rack Carries - 40 kg x 4 trips (left arm down, right arm back)
TGU - 28 kg x 1+1
Really fun session in perfect sunny weather. The rack carries really felt good and strong.
