Basement training. Just wanted to move and lift a bit.

  • One-Handed KB Swings with 24 kg - 10 swings every 50 seconds for 10 sets

  • Duffalo Bench - 165 x 3 x 6 superset with

  • One-Arm KB Rows - 32 kg x 5 x 8

Good little session with no stomach issues.
