7/19/20 - Bench, Deadlift, Sleds

Awesome training session on a fine Sunday morning.

  • Swiss Bench - 155 x 5, 175 x 3, 195 x 6, 155 x 3 x 5

  • Deadlift - 275 x 3, 315 x 3, 365 x 3

  • Sled Rows - 5 plates x 100 total reps

Shut it down with plenty left in the tank. I plan on training my ass off this week so I didn’t want to burn myself out on Sunday.
