7/24/20 - Snatches, Goblet Squats, Presses

Took the day off and trained mid-day. It was very warm and sweaty. Great session that left me feeling energized.

  • Snatches with 28 kg EMOM - 2 rounds of:

    • 3+3

    • 7+7

    • 5+5

    • Rest three minutes

  • Goblet Squats - 56 kg x 5 x 5

  • KB One-arm Press - 32 kg x 2 x (1, 2, 3); 32 kg x (1, 2, 4) - So pumped to get four reps on the last ladder. That’s a rep PR with the 32.

I’ve been getting more rest lately and just feeling outstanding. It makes me really think about how much I constantly overtrained for years.
