9/27/20 - Bench, Deadlift, Rows

Awesome Sunday morning session in the basement.

  • Swiss Bench - 155 x 3, 180 x 3, 200 x 7, 155 x 5 x 5

  • Deadlift - 260 x 3, 295 x 3, 330 x 5 - easy

  • Landmine Rows - 90 x 12, 115 x 4 x 8-12

Everything felt solid and tight. Arvid was downstairs with me for just a few minutes but then he went up. He’s not quite a gym dog just yet.
