9/28/20 - Snatches and Carries

Lunchtime training today.

  • Snatches with 32 kg - 5 rounds of:

    • 3 snatches every 30 seconds for 5 sets

    • Rest 3 minutes

  • Single KB Rack Carries with 32 kg to hoop and back (left down, right back) - Did a ladder of 3, 2, 1.

This was a short and sweet session. Arvid hung out in the front yard and kept me company. Good times.
