9/30/20 - Snatches, Cleans, Dips

I hit up an early morning session in the garage.

  • Snatches with 24 kg - 4 rounds of:

    • 7 snatches every 30 seconds for 5 sets

    • Rest 3 minutes

  • Double Cleans - 32s x 5, 36s x 4 x 5

  • Dips - BW x 5 x 6

This was a great sweat and pump before a long day at work in Camden, NJ. I’m so grateful for my home gym and healthy body.
