I hit up an early morning session in the garage.
Snatches with 24 kg - 4 rounds of:
7 snatches every 30 seconds for 5 sets
Rest 3 minutes
Double Cleans - 32s x 5, 36s x 4 x 5
Dips - BW x 5 x 6
This was a great sweat and pump before a long day at work in Camden, NJ. I’m so grateful for my home gym and healthy body.
