9/27/22 - Block Pulls and Such

Got some training in. My lower back felt weird but everything else felt good.

  • Block Pulls (7 mats/5.25”) - sets of 5 - 135, 185, 225

  • One-Arm Kneeling KB Press - sets of 5 - 12 kg, 16, 20, 24 x 3 sets superset with

  • Chins - BW x 6 x 5

Happy I could do some block pulls.
