9/3/22 - KB Press, Chins, Sandbags, and Maces

Fun training on a beautiful Saturday morning.

  • Basically did an untimed circuit of:

    • Kneeling One-Arm KB Press - sets of 5 with 16 kg, 18, 20, 22, 24, 28

    • Chins - BW x 5 reps

    • Bear Hug Squats (med ball and sandbags) - 100 x 6, 150 x 6, 200 x 6, 150 x 10, 100 x 11

  • Quad Mace Work - every 1:30 - 20 10-2s for six sets and then 30 10-2s for one set (150 total)

Very pleased I could still handle the 200-lb sandbag without too much trouble.
