10/12/21 - Squats (and Goblet Squats)
Headed to Rochester, NY, for work today so these squats happened very early in the morning. Everything felt great though.
Squats - 190 x 3, 220 x 3, 245 x 5, 190 x 3 x 6
Goblet Squats - 48 kg x 25 reps straight - This idea was inspired by a Joe DeFranco podcast I listened to recently.
Good session to wake me up before getting on the road.
