  • Armor Building/Grad Workout (2 CL, 1 OHP, 3 FS) - 24s x 10 (EMOM)

  • DBL KB Push Press - 24s x 5, 28s x 5, 32s x 5 - Literally never done these before, but I’ll have to keep them in the mix.
