1/25/22 - One-Handed Swings

Got a very little training in this morning. I’m pretty frustrated and pissed off about my shoulder.

  • One-Handed Swings with 36 kg - 4 rounds of:

    • 3+3

    • 7+7

    • 5+5

    • Rest 3 minutes

These felt fine but I still screamed, “Fuck!” a few times just out of general frustration. I’m such a wimp.
