Walked Zeus one awesome mile and then did a very enjoyable workout to get moving.

HIIT intervals on the Air Bike:

  • 5 minute warm-up

  • 11 intervals of 15/45 sprint/recover

  • 5 minute cooldown

Went outside and played with the Quad Mace: Just did 10 EMOM of 5/5 360s.

Great session that opened me up and worked out some kinks from yesterday.
