Rode the Air Bike this morning:

  • 10 minutes warm-up

  • 12 work/rest intervals of 15/45

  • 8 minutes cooldown

Took Zeus for one awesome mile.

This was a beautiful way to start the day. I always feel accomplished after a good morning training session.
