Good session on an icy and rainy Friday morning.
Double KB Clean and Push Press - 28s x 17 x (1, 2) in 20 minutes - 51 total reps
Two-Handed KB Swings - 40 kg x 21 x 5 - one set every 30 seconds
DB Curls
Neck Harness
Arm Bars
Feel stiff in a few spots but I’m carrying on for now.
