Walked one awesome mile with Zeus, ate some oatmeal, and got after it. Today was a light day.

  • Squats - 210 x 3 x 5

  • Press - 112.5 x 3 x 5

  • Chins - BW x 5 x (2,3,5) - 50 total reps of various grips

This was a great session. I felt awesome before, during, and after. I never knew squats could feel so good until I started using the Starting Strength method. Iā€™m pumped to see where this goes. The rest of the day will be lots of walking around the neighborhood.
