3/28/21 - Deadlifts, Bench, and Goblet Squats

Made it to the 5/3/1+ week and had a good session in the basement.

  • Trap Bar Deadlift - 275 x 5, 315 x 3, 350 x 5

  • Swiss Bench - 155 x 5, 175 x 3, 195 x 6, 155 x 3 x 8

  • Goblet Squats - 40 kg x 5, 48 x 2 x 5

Short and sweet. The deadlifts felt heavier than they should but benching felt great. Onward and upward.
