7/12/20 - Bench and Deadlifts

Quick basement training session this morning.

  • Swiss Bench - 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 175 x 5, 135 x 3 x 5

  • Deadlifts - 200 x 5, 230 x 5, 260 x 5 - very easy

This session actually felt good despite eating and drinking like a titanic asshole last night.
