Out front training on a beautiful morning.
One-Arm KB Presses - worked up to 32 kg x 8 x 1 superset with
Two-Handed Swings - 40 kg x 4,8,2,6,8,6,4,8 (46 total according to a dice roll)
Sandbag Shoulders - 150-lbs x 1/1 EMOM x 10 minutes
Great session. Very easy to sweat today.
