7/30/20 - Snatches and Bikes

Quick mid-morning training session. These snatches worked me but felt great.

  • Snatches with 28 kg EMOM - 3 rounds of:

    • 3+3

    • 7+7

    • 5+5

    • Rest three minutes

Went out in the afternoon for a beautiful bike ride…Central Perkiomen Valley Park to just past Betzwood. Hot, sweaty, and fun. Stats are below.
