Lunchtime training today. Kept it short to rest up for tomorrow’s bike ride. It actually took discipline to not do more. Swings felt strong.

  • Swings with 40 kg EMOM - 4 rounds of:

    • 3+3

    • 7+7

    • 5+5

    • Rest three minutes
