8/18/22 - KB Presses, Lat Pulldowns, and KB Swings

Got a really nice workout in on a beautiful morning. Everything felt good buy my right glute and hip continue to feel like shit.

  • One-Arm KB Press - worked up to 32 kg x 4 x 3

  • One-Arm Lat Pulldowns with Thick Grip - 45-55 lbs x lots of sets x 10 reps - pretty much did a set in between everything

  • Two-Handed KB Swings - 28 kg x 4 x 25

Perfect temperature and pace this morning.
