9/5/21 - Deadlifts and One-Arm KB Cleans

Today was very exciting because I was able to deadlift and do one-arm KB cleans with no lat pain.

  • Deadlift - 225 x 5, 250 x 5, 275 x 5

  • One-Arm KB Cleans - 24 x 5, 28 x 5, 32 x 3 x 5

So happy with how this went.
