9/6/21 - Bench, Sled Work, KB Swings

Got some good training in on a fine Labor Day Monday.

  • Bench - 145 x 5, 165 x 5, 190 x 5, 155 x 3 x 6

  • Sled Rows - 160 lbs x a bunch

  • Two-Handed KB Swings - 10 rounds of :20/:40 work/rest (~13 swings per round)

    • 24 for 3 sets

    • 28 for 5 sets

    • 32 for 2 sets

I can tell I haven’t been doing much KB work lately because these were way harder than they should have been.
